While I tend to agree with you that Branson as a whole sucks, Big Cedar doesn't. It's not even really in Branson.

The Grand Village is awesome. Some of the best Christmas stores & unique shops I've ever seen, and I was a buyer & decorator for a couple of Christmas stores in Baton Rouge for quite a while. The only thing I've seen on par with Kringle's in Grand Village is Rudolph's in BR (one of the places I worked) which was featured in Southern Living a couple of times, but is out of business now. ... Shows in Branson are not my cup of tea (unless it's the Rockettes or something), but the shops in GV are some of my favorite places to buy special gifts (particularly for Christmas) and Kringle's always has the most creative & incredibly beautiful Christmas decor, year after year, which is difficult to do & not be repetitive.
