I've seen a lot of dumbass threads, and posts with not much substance to back it up.
I'm guessing every fanbase spouts out bullshite and they predict a conference championship contending type of season every year during the off-season?

The phenomenon that makes me chuckle every year, is that sometime around May-June this place is littered with dumb threads, just like usual. The differnce is that you see responses like "I can't wait for the offseason to end" implying it will get better.

The offseason is when Arkansas fans go to work. The level of stupid on here in the offseason is unreal.

You mean football season, I'm sure. Football is merely a preamble to basketball season in the SEC, which is loaded with powerhouses.
Even basketball, however, suffers from inattention when baseball season nears. The Landmass and Louisiana schools take over the board and its baseball, baseball, baseball all the way through to the College World Series because all three are usually fighting it out for the natty.

Arkansas will sail. It is often hilarious, and just as often infuriating.
There will be lots of "List your top 10 _________" threads.
There will be lots of historical throwback threads reminiscing about old SEC players.
LSU will post about Alabama and will downvote any negative posts about LSU. They fricking love downvoting stuff.
Auburn fans will continue to exist despite unanimous disapproval.
I will be banned at some point.
