So you're saying if Missouri had pulled the upset over Bama that they would have been in?
CCGs don't exactly constitute an 8 team playoff in that scenario

I see your point, but that math seems off.
If Wiscy had won, would they be in?
Would GT be in?
Would Mizzou be in?
Would Arizona be in?
Also, you have to think the Big 12 will find a way to get a conference game.
That would leave five conference champs and four spots.
