Two things really stand out to me:

1) Teddy Bridgewater is listed as a dual-threat; hmmmm, I wonder why that could be? It's certainly not because of his running skills.

2) Chip Kelly at Oregon had QB commits from the #12 and #14 players at the same time. They also happened to be the clear best two QBs from this list. Now, I have no idea if he tried for other guys and missed, but that looks to be tremendous evaluation skills.

DamN good qb class ....n that's only dual threat guys . 5 or 6 stars in that group

Probably because he was touted as arguably a better WR prospect than QB prospect thus the elusion that he could be an effective runner if needed.

His high school highlight film makes him look like Michael Vick
