I think she has a very good case, but what do I know?
Briles and the AD are named in the suit, which makes most of us smile.
A similar earlier suit was settled a while back. I really hope that doesn't happen.

I know this type of thing goes on at many, many schools.
But to have so many for such a relatively small institution. Man, that says a LOT about the type of controls they have in place.
