Being little brother in Texas is historically worse. Oklahoma and LSU were getting more highly regarded recruits out of the state than A&M was up until 2 or 3 years ago. A&M also has to depend on the SEC being perceived as the best conference because it gives them a selling point over the Big 12 Texas schools.

Auburn doesn't have to depend on selling conference success. We can point to our own conference and national chamionships that we have played for and won in recent years. Of couse I know you have a hard time relating to that as a Georgia fan

They certainly can't sell a winning record vs. A&M, especially not in Kyle Field East.

We got top 20 classes on the reg before we were a SEC program.
