"To settle the dispute over McElwain's $7.5 million buyout that had hung up an agreement before Thursday morning, Florida agreed to pay Colorado State a buyout of $5 million and agreed to a future football game with the school in Gainesville, a source told ESPN.com, confirming a report by the Denver Post.
