How did you guys get all of those heavy lift cranes on site at the same effing time haha? I counted like 6 of them in one pic. I'm taking CM classes right now so I find projects like this interesting. Just curious as to how the project has done with staying on schedule & within budget. Didn't you guys use some sort of innovative construction methods to speed up the build time?

Still on schedule believe it or not. The budget I'm not sure about. I know they added another $35 million due to donations.

The massive redevelopment of Kyle Field, the Aggies' on-campus stadium, has increased in cost to $485 million, thanks to donors contributing another $35 million to the multi-year project.

As far as innovation, I really don't think there's anything really ground breaking. Everything is prefabbed off site and delivered as needed. It's pretty standard for large buildings these days.

The schedule is around the clock a lot of time with weekends as well. That's a huge chunk of the budget for sure.

Yeah it's still impressive to complete a project of this magnitude between two football seasons. Prefabbing and 18-24 workdays helps a lot. I'm also assuming the GC will be receiving a nice bonus for finishing on time which doesn't hurt either haha.
