Plans for the baseball stadium are still very much in flux. A capacity of 7,000-8,000 is being batted about and a budget of $32 million has been proposed.

The rendering you posted is not set in stone, although I think it's a nice one. There's so much construction on campus at the moment that plans for the baseball stadium seem to be lost in the frenzy. The stadium will be built by 2018 but its appearance and capacity are still up in the air.

Nice! That will be huge for UK baseball, going from a 3,000 seat Cliff Hagen Stadium to 7,000-8,000 capacity...

My understanding is you have a when issue more than a will issue. UK has a person who made much $$$$ off UK and it would be great to see them be the lead donor for the new stadium. if they are going project by project then it seems like once CWS upgrade is done it will hit the pipeline. Big issue is it will be smack in the UK land and may lose some of the Cliff support who can walk from the adding neighborhood.
