Honest question here - who thinks Ole Miss and MSU have staying power, and who thinks they are at a bit of a peak and will return to mediocrity in the next couple seasons? I know the knee jerk reaction will be making a hilarious joke about UGA and mediocrity or something about the SEC East, but seriously - they have feigned turning the corner before. Is something different this time?

State had the perfect storm this year. No dominant team in the division and a ridiculous amount of experienced juniors and seniors starting. They will be back to a 7-8 win team next year.

Freeze is still living off that one great recruiting class. He has one more year to bring in some talent to replace them, but I don't see it happening. They will be good, but not great.

LSU will be the Tennessee of the West.

Battling each season to become bowl eligible. Recycling through coaches to try and find that former success.

Freeze will always recruit at a high level. He's probably rather recruit than coach. Our '16 class will rival the '13 class, especially with the momentum we keep getting on the field.

Mullen is a 7-8 wins/year will a run like '14 every 5 or 6 years
