Bryan Fischer @BryanDFischer
DC Ellis Johnson is out at Auburn as @FootballScoop said. Muschamp will be in play.

Travis Haney @TravHaneyESPN
I've been told there's mutual interest between Malzahn and Muschamp. Would be a formidable pair on respective sides of ball.

If Champ goes to Auburn watch their recruiting class. Would be scary.

That's probably for the best. Please don't get Muschamp. Same goes for you, Aggies.

I hear there's this guy named Gene Chizik. Auburn connections, good DC. Give him a ring.

Now we know why Will handled his UF departure with such class...he knew that there would be a bidding war waged for his services as DC. He'll probably be the highest paid coordinator in CFB.

You can't have CeCe Jefferson Auburn. Stay away from him.

Seems when Muschamp was at auburn before fans weren't in love with his defense. I remember lots of complaints that dbs didn't turn to see the ball. I also remember some bad defenses he had at Texas. He is a good DC, but I wouldn't call him a defensive guru.

But Alabama fans were claiming Malzahn didn't care about defense because he didn't mention it in his press conference last night

I hope everybody but Garner goes with him from the defensive staff. Melvin Smith and Harbison were his guys anyway. Bring in Travaris Robinson to coach the defensive backs. At least he can recruit.
