I was hesitant at first regarding Kiffin but it had more to do with his off the field antics than his coaching.
He is great at calling the plays. His only limitation is Sims ability to execute the play. I am not sure if any other OC in the country could get the production out of Sims that Kiffin has nor would support him like Kiffin has. Kiffin is not the one forcing the pass or under throwing a ball that is intercepted. The plays the majority of the time are there if executed correctly.
I also like the dynamic between him and Saban. They respect each other just like Saban and Smart. And they feed off of each other.
We have some of the best minds in CFB if not the best on the sidelines.

I'm not just talking about just this game; I mean the whole season. There's been times when he just couldn't get a rhythm goin or when him gettin too cute stalled the drive unnecessarily. It's just my opinion though, we can disagree. I think overall he's been good for us and has helped the players relax a little. I've never seen our team dancing and havin fun like they are this year.

I agree ABDIW.
I had both concerns and excitement going into the season. However, Kiffen has far exceeded any hopes I had. I think he has proven himself as a game planner and as a play caller. Hope we have him many years but I don't expect it.
It also appeared that we were counting number in the box last night and that was dictating play calling/audibles. At least at times.
