11-2 is a solid season but it isn't great when teams like Mississippi State (who UGA should never be worse than based on talent alone) are deep in the playoff conversation. Does 10-2 with a Peach Bowl berth against Michigan State or Wisconsin really get you excited?
And no, I didn't think this was a playoff team, but that's not a reason to lower expectations for a team with this much talent.

You realize Mississippi State will also be deep in the playoff while LSU, Ohio State, USCw, Texas etc are all sitting at home, in spite of the fact they all have "better" talent? The Peach Bowl is a major bowl now, didn't you know? it is a part of the Playoff system?

So, a team you admit you thought was not a very good team should not lower our expectations? We ALL thought the defense would be bad, right? Thinking realistically and using perspective. That's what I am asking for.

Count up how many teams finish at 11-2. (Assuming we do finish there)
