That being said, the UF loss is what I'm hung up on. It was a baffling embarrassing and inexcusable loss to an inferior opponent. That game derailed our season and put our destiny in another teams hands. It was one of the most poorly played and poorly coached games I've ever watched. Because we decided to not show up to play Florida (how is that even an option given the intensity of that rivalry) we are stuck with the ole "woulda coulda shoulda" and "next year, man, next year is gonna be different" but that is what we say every year.

I understand what you are saying, but I have to disagree. Yes, it was a bad loss. Yes, we should have beaten them. However, fo me, the South Carolina loss was worse on several levels. The main level is that had it not been for a bad holding call negating Gurley's TD run we would have won the game and we would be playing for the SECCG. The Florida game was a bad loss. We came out flat and they jumped on us and we got beat. Shouldn't have happened. We SHOULD be undefeated. but, Missouri lost to Indiana, and Alabama lost to Ole Miss and UCLA lost to Stanford. Sometimes losses like that
happen to everybody. Georgia fans tend to fixate on those losses and make it seem as if Georgia is the only team that this happens to. It happens to everybody.

You can blame the USCe game on bad play calling and bad officiating and it was a close game. Bad loss, shouldn't have lost but it was close.

UF is inexcusable to me. Even if the refs were playing for us that game we still would have gotten wiped off the field. You can't blame that loss of anything other than just not showing up which is my issue with the game.

Both losses sucked but the way we completely checked out in the UF game is what really gets me.
