If he only has one year to play, I don't think UGA is a good fit. Too much new stuff to learn.

Yeah, why would anyone think we'd take a quarterback with only one year to play....

Unfortunately because our 2015 QB situation is a big unknown, it's hard for any of us to really say whether or not a senior QB transfer would work. I do know Braxton can run like a champ, and I can't imagine the nightmare the option would be with Braxton/Chubb/Michel/Marshall()?. If you're weak at the QB position, then it starts to make sense to bring in somebody, even if only for 1 year. I don't know whether or not that is us.

The big concern I have is how it would look to recruits. CMR is pretty good at giving guys their time after they've earned it, which is probably used as a selling point to recruits. When you bring in a senior QB transfer for 1 year, any promises you make to recruits start to come into question. For the loyalty and recruiting alone, I don't like the idea. I like how CMR treats his starters and a senior transfer is a slap in the face not just to our QBs but to everybody on offense.
