I like the formula that he's using. Recruit 35 players a year and weed them out until you hit your max 85. Then play as many freshman and sophomores as your team will allow. No one is going to fire you the first couple of years. By year 3 and 4 all those guys will have the most experience in the SEC and should be massively competitive. That will get you 3 year extension which is long enough time to get over suffering losses years 5&6. Or you can jump teams after year 4. Should work great. Any coach can use this formula. Look at Freeze and Mullin. Both graduating big class and will suck next year. I bet they either leave or get big contract enhancements.
