Santa Cruz is badass, but I wouldn't say it has an overwhelming college feel to it. SLO.... Just no. Article is shite

That was a horrible list. I've been to Duluth many times. It's a nice city, but a college town? No frikking way. Auburn is 1000 times better of a college town than Duluth.

Dunno why Fort Collins, CO is #4. They have some surprisingly good BBQ places but no way it trumps *any* southern college town.
