Take a lower level head coaching job? That way he can learn how to be a head coach without too much pressure. I think one of the reasons that he has failed is because his first head coaching job was with the Raiders (and Vince Lombardi couldn't win with the Raiders now) then Tenn and then USC.

Thoughts?

Would probably be a good idea considering his track record. But he should stay put for a few more years and learn all that he can before he takes on that kind of responsibility.

And I imagine that the rest of the SEC would gladly cover any monetary shortcomings he may incur.

His offense has been complete garbage in road games. I doubt he has rehabilitated his coaching image enough to get another major job

I think he should stay at least one more year. He can improve his reputation and learn about how to run a program.
