For a first date I recommend coffee in the afternoon on a Saturday. This way you're only out five bucks if she an idiot and you've got the rest of the night to regroup instead of being tied down for hours.

Terrible advice. Day date for a first date is an express-lane to the friend-zone. Instead, take her out for mini-golf and ski-ball around sunset (in BR, Celebration Station). Once yur competitive streaks get the best of you, I recommend a dinner at a divey (but not too divey) pizza and beer type place (Fleur de lis). Then, after dinner, if things are going well, move on to a nice bar that's not too loud, so you can still talk, and isn't so crowded that you can't have some intimate space (Radio Bar or the Bulldog). Another good spot to go to would be a place with live, but chill, music like the Blues Room or Chelsea's.

if she's idiot then I've wasted all of 30 minutes. Your way you've spent way too much money and too much time on a total loser.

With me it's an interview for a potential, future night like yours. lol. Friend zone me. I needed to go take a shite anyway.
