Arkansas and A&M to me were perfect fits - LSU and A&M played for years and us and Arkansas have a history - a rivalry of our own if you will - as for Arkansas let me ask you this "if there was a 32 team playoff" who outside of the sec west would want to play them, or any SEC west team?" now lets say the first round is Arkansas at Ohio state who here discounts arky? I rest my case - here's Ohio state playing to get in the final four to playoff and I contend arky would beat them! That is the fear of a larger pool in the playoff!

Arkansas doesn't really fit the new B12 profile. You either have to be a small school in Texas willing to be a peon for the longhorns, or at least 1000 miles away from every other team desperate for Big 5 invite.
