IMO LSU started the decline of Arky with the humiliating beat-down of the hogs in 2011 (41-17) and started the downward spiral that landed your coach in a ditch and led to the eventual 0-17 streak.

Wow! You'll hear no excuses here, because that was a great LSU team.
Even the most delusional Hog fan would agree with this.

But you must be a STRONG believer in the Butterfly Effect to come up with that one.

I'll make this as short and sweet as possible.
Arky had an overall record of 21-5 in 2010-2011.
Arky is 12-22 since.

At the time of the 41-17 blowout administered by LSU, the Hogs were ranked #3 in the BCS and still had dreams of playing in the BCS Title game.. Well, needless to say, those dreams died that day.

Luckily, you had your grandfather to console you because the Tigers had done the same to his Hogs in 1965. I think that loss in 2011 crushed Bobby and caused him to self-destruct with the risky behavior that led to him running into a ditch with a dingy blonde on a motorcycle. If you take a look at the mother of all declines by Arky football it started with the beatdown on the bayou in 2011.

I'd love to share a beer with you, while you connected the dots.

You'll have to accpet this theory over a morning cup of coffee. Enjoy.

The more reasonable effect of that game, however, is that #3 Arkansas was your Super Bowl, because you certainly didn't show up for #2 Alabama in your next big game.

You really reached on this, but twas a nice try.
You conveniently omit the blowout victory in the SEC Title game LSU handed to Georgia (42-10). Bama had more than enough motivation in the title game.

Hopefully this will help you connect the dots on the "Butterfly effect" you speak of.
