I think the committee is going to shite the bed tonight.

is what it should look like (and what I think it will look like)
The problem being that with the remaining schedule for all involved it will be hard to move anyone if they win out and have any type of justification for doing so.
They will avoid putting two SEC teams on opposite sides of the bracket, but they're going to look like idiots in the process unless they put MSU at 3 tonight

I agree that if they leave Miss St in 4th this week and they beat Ole Miss away there's not much reason to drop them later even if they're not "conference champions".
There are a lot of good points being raised about Miss St vs TCU, Ohio St or Baylor.
However, one that no one is mentioning in diminishing the quality of their wins is that LSU and Auburn beat Wisconsin and Kansas St (neutral and away at that).
Not that this is the end all argument but Baylor or Ohio St's late bump would rest on beating those exact two teams and it's hard to argue that those would be such high quality wins when LSU or Auburn would not.
