Whichever school that finishes 5th and out of the playoff, should file a lawsuit and get a federal judge in their home jurisdiction issue some sort of injunction to keep FSU from playing.

Sounds crazy when you say it like that.. But the prestige and cash flow that comes from the playoff / NC is huge...
And i for one would deem justifiable.
