Man, having a staff assistant doing bed checks may not be a bad idea. Nothing ever happens good that late. Vols, first buttchugging and now rape.
The incidents allegedly occurred at about 3 a.m. Sunday morning. One 19-year-old victim — a current University of Tennessee student — told police she was raped by two male students.
A second 19-year-old female victim — a student visiting from an out-of-state college — told police she was a victim of sexual assault.
It's unknown if the incidents are related. A news release from Knoxville police said that when officers arrived on scene "they located two 19-year-old female victims."

It looks like there may be separate instances conflated. One rape allegation. One sexual assault allegation. The girl who was allegedly assaulted has declined to press charges at this time. The girl who was allegedly raped has been examined. She has not declined to be involved in the investigation at this time.
Whichever players are being investigated appear to be held out of practice pending CBJ's decision.
