1. State loses allowing us head to head tiebreaker with them and Alabama if all the chips fall our way and we win out.
2. Auburn loses knocking them out of the SEC West picture and below us in CFP rankings. Malzahn gets lock-jaw from smacking gum so hard during UGA game.
3. Arkansas knocks LSU off ending the streak, week before playing us. Arkansas was definitely due.
4. Arizona State loses to Oregon State which should knock them below us in CFP rankings.
Slim chance, but there is still a chance.

If Rebs win out and Auburn beats Bama, then Ole Miss goes to Atlanta. Not much confidence that Auburn can do that, but it's a rivalry game and you never know what will happen.

Hoping Malzahn uses that 12 men formation again during the Iron Bowl. Works pretty good.

LSU and Auburn getting their asses kicked didn't really help our SoS.

The way this year is going, anything can happen on any given Saturday.

True, but that win over Bama should trump those losses, especially if we win the Egg Bowl.
10-2 with wins over both Bama and State, salty.

IF we finish 11-2 and win the SEC, we would need TCU and Ohio State to lose to get into the playoffs IMO. I don't see a non-SEC champion getting in over a one loss Big 10 or Big 12 champion

They aren't going to deny a 2 loss SEC champion the playoffs

If FSU is undefeated, Oregon wins the PAC-12 with one loss, OSU wins the Big 10 with one loss, and TCU wins the Big 12 with one loss they will.

TCU is going to lose to Texas.

Still think Ole Miss is a top 4 team. Treadwell gone is the only thing keeping me from saying they're the best.
Auburn, you owe Ole Miss one. Beat Bama

I agree. Just playing the "if" game here.

How the hell does the B12 "champ" have a likely seat at the table without a title game?

This guy gets it. C'mon Auburn, win one for the Rebs.

True, but some other Ole Miss wins are looking better. Boise State is actually ranked in the AP this week. Looks like Tennessee, who OM beat by 31, will go to a bowl. And that Bama win looks better and better.
