It's a hard one to call. I agree with you about Dak having to step up, but that's a two sided coin. State gets after the QB more than anyone else in the league, both QB's are going to have their decision making tested. The difference is ours obviously makes a lot more reads and has more weight on his shoulders. I definitely agree that a large part of the game is in his hands, but I don't think anyone on the board would rather have it any other way.
I will say that, if Dak is successful, it will be largely due to Josh Robinson. Getting a ground threat rolling early, other than Dak, can really open things up and change the setting of the game.

Agreed but I think State coaches can't expect Josh to get a ton of yards rushing like he has and they know this I'm sure. Bama's DL and OLBers are absolutely nasty against the run this year. Fournette was about the best I've seen all yr against Bama and it took him till the 3rd quarter till he got space and LSUs O had to run it a ton and had a lot more of a pro style running game they pounded the rock straight at Bama.
Just my opinion but Dak is gonna have to be magnificent for State to win the game and if MSU does they deserve every bit of their PO bid
