no way you can expect fan bases to possibly travel to three different neutral sites, spending $250+ per ticket (plus airfare, lodging, etc)...expect to see first round games at the higher seed's stadium.

extra games for a six or 8 team playoff - could cause travel problems

say oregon is picked & has to go to miami, then new orleans & final in texas - fans cannot afford the $

the presidents of the universities make the decisions & they will not extend the season

if you make it a 64 team playoff - someone is always bitching ie baseball & basketball
