I brought this topic up yearly a year ago and most of you told me to wait until around the end of this season to ask this question..

So what do y'all think?
Personally to me he hasn't lived up to even half of the hype he got out of high school.

That's a dumb question honestly. Analyst were talking about a position change as well. He wasn't even a 5 star on every site but when he has played he has done well so I don't see how he could be a bust as a sophomore. Don't know what some of you expect out of these kids at times.

Sophomore slump.

For such a big man, he does much better on the edges than inbetween the tackles. If he doesn't have solid blocking on the interior, it's really hard for him to get a full head of steam.

Bust? No. Over-hyped? Clearly.

Oklahoma wasn't the only thing being crowned coming out of the Sugar Bowl.

Bust? No.
Better than Yeldon? Hell no.

I don't think so. He has been a bit disappointing this year, but I think the offensive line hasn't been what we are used to. As others have said, outside the tackles, he is phenomenal, but on the inside, he isn't that great.

IMHO, his body of work so far has been underwhelming

The running game is a bust this year. Yeldon has five TDs on the year; the o line isn't opening holes and every team is stacking the box. They can only do so much.

As stated by others: not a bust but definitely overhyped(by us as well)

Very solid back that has played good for us but isn't great......yet.

He is getting carries like Mark Ingram has been getting in N.O. for the last 3 years.

You can't get in a rhythm with 8 or 9 carries a game.

Henry seems to get better with more carries. He is also faster than he looks. When he gets to that second level he is basically unstoppable. His problem is getting to that second level.

Player Carries Yards Avg TD
Tj 136 686 5.08 5
Henry 111 544 4.99 4

I don't think Henry is a bust at all he is just running behind a poor oline. I think cristobal is a great recruiter but very average oline coach.

He has not come close to meeting expectations that we had for him going into the year. We really miss Drake.

Imo he has performed as expected overall. The transition from HS to college takes longer for some and I don't think DH has reached his potential on this level. He has performed well and has done what has been asked of him by the staff. So no, I do not believe DH is a bust, at all.

He's not a bust, but I'd rather have Kenyan Drake running the ball.

So a true soph, who just started for the first time in his career, playing one of the deepest positions we have on the team, is a bust? OK.
