1:40 left with 3 timeouts only down 3. Worst case scenario, they force overtime. Ole Miss couldn't stop Betty White in the second half.

I don't think anyone disagrees with this except Ole Miss and whoever wrote the "we're all losers since Auburn won" article.

Auburn is 20-4 in the last 24 games decided by one score (8 points) or less...

Of course they would have scored.

Perhaps. I sure would have liked the opportunity to make yall earn it though. If Treadwell had scored and then yall won on a Georgia style Hail Mary as time expired I would have felt exponentially better about losing in that fashion.

Maybe Marshall would have tripped on his shoelace and dropped the ball a foot from the goal line. Nah.. that would be too fluky.

Hard to disagree - especially considering the spell that Aubarn's SEC opponents have labored under - wonder how long the magic will last...

Yeah, well if Bo scored AND Treadwell scored, we would've won.

See how fricking stupid that is? Take your win and move on.

I don't know. Momentum is a strong thing. Did you see what Tennessee's defense did to USC in the overtime. They had had trouble stopping them all night but rose up to sack the Dylan Thompson twice.
