re: What's the most racist thing you've ever witnessed in real life?

Was at a meeting for my old job. Pretty big one where they addressed every department and gave out stupid awards and shite based on performance. All of upper management is there including the big boss. At the end they let employees come up and ask questions and voice concerns. The last guy comes up, and he has a strong African accent.

"It's my understanding that this is an EEO employer, and that there is no discrimination when promoting people, but when I look around I notice that all of management is Caucasian."

The entire room burst into laughter and couldn't believe what they just saw. Dude just called his boss, his boss's boss, and that boss's boss a racist right in front of the entire shift.

The big boss fell silent for a minute or so before saying "And on that note, back to work!"

FWIW, earlier in the meeting they announced promotions for two black people. Never saw that dude again.
