Is Bobby Petrino the biggest joke in recent SEC history?

I thought he was a great coach at Arkansas, and wanted to read about him so I did a google search. I was reminded of his "incident":
that situation and his injuries were like something from a comedy

i still remember thinking what a tard he looked like that day- was almost like he was on serious pain meds and his wife let him dress himself.
the way of his exit was definitely the biggest joke in recent times. he was/is a good coach- but not surprisingly his greatness as a coach is inflated now that he's not our coach, when he was here he wasn't considered that great by the rant.

By being a "joke," does that require taking a team that's usually a bottom dweller to a BCS game and the Cotton Bowl and finishing seasons with 11 wins and 10 wins back to back?
I won't get into what he did at Louisville.
If so, I think 90% of college programs would love to have a "joke" as their head coach.
