Don't overdo it one day, I typically drink plenty. But I'm going off it tomorrow. Sticking to green tea to get any caffeine fix and keeping it to minimal amounts. No way do I want to go through that again.

Just make sure you get some caffeine. A huge drop like that from a steady caffeine junkie makes you feel like you want to die.
