What's it like to not want your team to win any more games so you can get a new coach?

I'm finding this just a tad bit challenging but I know at the end of the day it's what must happen. I feel terrible about wanting the Gators to lose though. It's just not right.

It means you have a longer-term view of the greater good, which is a good thing.

no worries road, you don't really have to fall victim to this situation.

Come Saturday evening it will already be worked out for you.

Basically what you're describing. You don't really want your team to lose but you want it all to end because you know the guy has got to go for things to get better.

It's almost time for Agent Boom to come home. Just one more game before his job is done.

I felt like this at the end of the Arkansas game in 2012. I knew then the wheels were going to come rolling off and there was NO WAY GENE CHIZIK was going unfrick that catastrophe. I didn't openly cheer against us, but I laughed in the stands at that dumpster fire. I bought some tickets away from my season tickets and felt great relief when people in that section had the same attitude about it.

It wasn't challenging for me at all.

The South Carolina and Missouri games in 2012 I cheered really hard for VOLS to lose. I had a gigantic smile on my face when they choked in both games.

I did not go to any games after the Florida game though because I didn't want to outwardly cheer against them in the stadium.

I found that no matter what, once the game started I still cheered for Tennessee. It's innate. But as soon as the wheels fell off [generally the 3rd quarter] I hoped for a blow out to get rid of Dooley.
