Considering that, the prior year, he sent Dr. Loftin flowers for keeping the Big 12 together (as Dr. Loftin recounts in The 100 Year Decision--yes, it finally arrived!), then one year later threatens to sue him, he's either bi-polar or a hypocrite. Given his employer, I choose the latter.
