ETA: Should I make it so you have to create a new coach to level up, or keep regular coaches? Sorry, new to this. Any tips will help
I've done online dynasty, just never commish.

I'm like you, never been a commish. I would think it'd be best to make everyone create a new one so everyone starts out equal. Might just be me though
