Who owns this site? The UI could be a lot better

for about 1000$ or so this site would out compete any other sec site...

1) It already does as far as content (qualitative for sure).

Disagree. There are a few minor quibbles I have with the site, but overall functionality, navigation and interface are the reason I first started on this message board.
