have a big georgia friend/fan who says he had info saying he'll be back for uf. is he retarded or is there any truth to this?...ive heard nothing except hes appyling for reinstatement next week

UGA has applied for reinstatement and he is expected to be ready for the Florida game

He probably heard the UGA applying for reinstatement news and assumed it would be a done deal.
