I assume he is talking overall list, in which Verrett, Donald and Mack rate higher. However, all of them are playing a certain role (except Verrett). Mosely basically stepped in and is running the Baltimore defense.

Verrett is the only other one I see as competition. I don't think a DT (unless he has a lot of sacks and Donald doesn't) will win it
Mack is awesome also but not as impactful and not a leader like CJ Mosley has already been for Bmore
