he had 4 yrs and in yr 4 his offense is still as shitty as it was when he got here
plus we gave him another chance after 4-8 i think other coaches will see we gave a fair crack at it

Coaches need time, especially to clean up a mess like that. Things get worse before they get better. Just needs a new OC
