I don't know the real answer but i will tell you what I'm not liking:

1. DC needs to be let go. Whatever he's trying, it's not working. Yes, the players are young but it looked like a lack of effort on Saturday and that's inexcusable.

2. Play calling on offense is an offense.

3. We have ignored the TE as a weapon for two years now.

that's about it. I can take a loss. I won't be happy about it but it happens. The apparent lack of effort is just galling.

I thought Spavital was going to be a great OC. Right now I just want to break things watching our offensive play calling.

I doubt many on the rant realize this, but we have 3 RB's seeing most of the playing time of which two are 5* and Tra Carson was a high 4* (who played at Oregon one year and then transferred to aTm). And our running game sucks arse. We have NO deep threat because KHill has zero touch on the deep ball. And on top of that, we run an endless amount of bubble screens on first down netting 1-4 yards which constantly leave us in 2nd and long. *sigh*

That's a strange complaint.

Sumlin isn't going to change anything about the scheme (nor should he). There may be staff changes, or responsibility shifting in the short term,, but he's not going to change the offense.

That offense is detrimental to the defense. You are going to live or die with it. The question is whether or not you can live with it without elite QB play. People were way too quick to assume that A&M was going to maintain its spot in the top half of the SEC West. As a program, it isn't there yet.
