We're the types of schools that get on TV if we're doing well but not if we're sucking because we don't have the national interest to draw in viewers regardless of our performance. Florida and Georgia are both programs that people will watch even if they're sucking.

More to the point, UF and UGA are teams that will likely be good again shortly no matter how bad they might suck in a given year. CBS is just maintaining the course.
