I have to admit, after watching Arkansas come so close in the last two games, I kind of hope they pull it off this week.

Not completely, beat up on FL.

Maybe. But the difference in Georgia and LSU is we seem to still pull it off. LSU seems to just go flat. Then yell for other teams to make you look better. LSU fans are not telling everybody this year how they will win the Natty..."LSU just reloads! We have the best coaches...players...recruiting!" Now they are relegated to saying, "The west is better than the East!" And "BUT, we beat Wisconsin!"

WTF is that crap...I haven't seen one bit of that anywhere in this thread. This thread has nothing to do with where LSU is at right now. But, keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better. Sorry if I think its pretty cool no one outside our division has beaten a team in the West. Now, I wonder if we could say that about the East?? hmmmmmmm

I would have to go back to the early 80s to find a really bad LSU team. At worse you guys are typically at LEAST average. AND, this year you will end up having a decent year. It does appear as if the West is much stronger than the east, and when you have to play against everybody in the West...well.....you are in a tough situation. BUT, you have a young team. Next year will be much better.

It has everything to do with where LSU is at when you bring up division weaknesses and strengths. And this year...LSU is a division weakness.

Like I said...keep living through the accomplishments of the other west team. Welcome to A&M country, podnah!

Can't blame anybody for that. EVERYBODY likes to pull for an underdog. However, anybody that has watched them play knows they are a legitimate team. They play hard nosed football with a great running attack. Add a little better, more consistent QB and they would be Top 10 right now.

That "crap" is what LSU fans were peddling before the season started. Of course you aren't saying that in THIS thread. The season has started.

Wow...I had no idea how weak a division is has EVERYTHING to do with where LSU is at. Thanks for the insight...I feel so much smarter now.

I still think Georgia could lose this game and definitely win the East.

Easily...unless AU beats up on them. That could make things tough for them.

Not sure why you would feel smarter. Your posts are not indicative of it. But, the whole division does NOT revolve around LSU. You should be learning this fact this year. But, yes, a divisions weakness is indicated by it's weakest team...much like the East is by Vandy. Nice to know you are being talked about in the same sentence as Vandy, huh?

It's possible. It would be tougher. No doubt the West is tougher than the East....more so this year than in past years. But it is a weird year....Alabama not as strong as in the past...LSU down....Ole Miss up and Miss. State up. We saw, or at least suspected, Ole Miss and Miss St would be up, but nobody saw LSU being so much weaker. And Bama SEEMINGLY much weaker. Doing it for several years in a row is the key, though for the Mississippi schools.

If we lose to Arkansas AND Auburn it would probably finish us. It would DEFINITELY show us how much stronger the West is than the East!

Now, we all know that is just not true. We beat teams in the East unlike Vandy. We have won alot more games than Vandy up to this point. And you yourself just stated the West is much tougher than the East this year....so you are just pulling shite out of your arse with that comment. But keep trying

In all fairness I saw quite a few UGA fans peddling the same shite in the preseason.
