I doubt it's on purpose. I doubt they go out there and say, "OK I hate JD so I'm going to play like crap on purpose."

Those guys want to win as much as anyone else.

And now that Treon is gone, it's not like there is another QB to take the helm.

They don't play well for Driskel because Driskel is NOT A LEADER. He neither inspires with confidence, natural leadership, OR skill.

He is completely inept and hopeless.

The team doesn't play as well for him, because when he is the starter, THEY HAVE NO HOPE.

I agree Driskel is not a leader but Humphries made those comments him self. I would hate to think that a change in QB would make you think you needed to block harder so they could have more time. That is your job on the field. Either way Driskel doesn't have my support as the QB at UF. Like I have said many times before we should be able to get past the 50 yard line regardless.

Nah man it is on purpose. They don't give the same effort -- whether or not it's 95%, 80% or 50% is up for debate, sure, but the fact is -- that's their quarterback. You don't have to like the guy, but how on Earth can we say he's a bad quarterback when they are clearly not playing as hard as they could be?

Outright admitting that they're not because it's Jeff.

Okay, maybe they liked Murphy.

Maybe they like Treon.

That doesn't mean you play half-assed. I'd bench every player that wasn't producing, but Muschamp has absolutely no control over the team. He needs to win, and doesn't care about righting the atmosphere.

I'm ex-military, and I've had my share of bad leaders and good leaders growing up and I'll tell you something -- if you're a grown arse fricking man you do your damnedest to do a good job regardless of what you feel is right or wrong.

It's called integrity. The only leadership problem we have on this team is at the Head Coaching position. Do you think Saban would stand for this?

Now we won't fricking know if Driskel is actually inept or people are just dicking around on the field and that's even worse.

Maybe, if they actually fought their hardest, Driskel would look better. This is a team sport, and if they can't be men about it, they can sit on the bench.
