but I still have no idea what their offensive identity is. Are they up-tempo? Are they a run team? Are they a throw team? Honestly, I have no idea.

That's the question most of us are asking. We are 17 games into the Butch era and I'm still not sure what type of O they want to run. We have all the personnel to be a under center, power run team that can beat you deep off play action yet they want to run a hurry up, no read option, dink and dunk when we do not have the right pieces for that.

And people keep talking about their O-line like its 4 freshmen and it will all pay off in the end.......they have 2 freshmen who were not elite signees and the other guys just suck. This year is not some sort of building block for the future on the O-line. It's just bad.

This isn't his fault imo. This falls directly at Dooley's feet for taking zero OL in the 2012 class. Butch has a good OL class committed right now but that is obviously the last place you want to put a True freshman in at.

For 3 quarters yesterday UF looked like the worst offensive football team I've ever had the displeasure of watching.
Driskel gave them the ball twice inside the Gators 20. And Butch still found a way to lose.

Totally agree - just kind of pointing out that that OL is not getting better for at least another 2 or 3 years. This year isn't growing pains, it's just bad. But that is all Dooley's fault. After that first group that all graduated last year his OL recruiting was abysmal.
