Christion jones has played like shite all season and needs to be replaced unfortunately. Collins uncharacteristally played awful. No receivers will step up besides Cooper. Black wasn't bad but saban isn't putting anyone else out there to play. WR is the easiest position to let young guys play. Disappointing but saban lost this one. His refusal to change anything in the secondary and the horrible redzone play calling is something that rests on his shoulders. I hope he takes responsability.

Pray for Kenyan Drake

Yeah, its crazy to see a hobbled DeAndrew White out there over healthy guys. That's part of the reason why cats cant get healthy.

Ok so what should have been done?
Take out Christian and get your starting corner hurt? Just like he did when he caught the next kickoff.

Just because you lose doesn't mean you got out coached.

We blocked to xp's in a row, out coached them there

Out coached them to end the half

When the big qb come in out coached them, we were ready for the pass.

Cyrus learned how to defend the back shoulder.

We lost Drake, Kelly and Devall all mid game.

We missed 2 field goals and that would have made it a tie game. Turnovers and dumb penalties that we all know have been coached out of them.

This team has just learned the hard way, what do they do with it.

I think losing Drake screwed up Kiffins game plan and calling.

Just shut the frick up. Kelly went out, and the protection and clock management went to shite.

End of story.

Get the frick over it.

Sometimes you get out everything'd.

Ole Miss played better D than we did O.

Ole Miss played better O (passing) than we did D.

Ole Miss played better on ST's than we did on ST's.

Ole Miss had less penalties than we had penalties.

Ole Miss had less turnovers than we had turnovers.

Sometimes, you just gotta give credit where it's due.

Kiffen lost this game by trying yo be cute when we were gashing them at 5 yards a clip running.

The defensive line that got pressure all the first half look like they didn't play as hard.

In any close game late, Cooper should be returning kicks.

The hogwash holding call didn't help.

Ole Miss will lose 3 or 4, wasn't overly impressed, we control our own destiny imho, nothing has changed.

ROLL TIDE.

I totally disagree with the OP and many of the comments here.

Geez guys, sometimes you just get beat. Stupid turnover (by a guy who finished in the top 5 in the country in returns last year - you can't take him out - that is just stupid). Drops and penalties by the so-called best TE in the league, and horrible play by the so-called best safety in the league. Lost two starters in Kelly and Duvall and one of our best offensive players for the year. And, two missed field goals.

Yet with that - we still had a chance (due to coaching) to win at the end.

No wonder people have a negative view of some Bama fans. Sometimes you just lose because the other team played better and you made too many mistakes.

We have completely gone away from a MTAQ mentality. In big games now, we come out tight and let the opponents bring the fight to us. We respond to what other teams are doing, not the other way around.

Saban is stubborn when it comes kicking 50 yard FGs. He'll never learn that sometimes, it's just better to pin a struggling offense back. I also think his approach at the end of the first half was pussy as hell and he was lucky the fumble bailed him out.

We looked like a team that expected to lose at the end of the game. Kevin Elko is stealing money from us.
