Funny, whenever there is a debate about the legal limit for BAC here, there are plenty of alco....drinkers who say that 0.08 is simply a too-low limit designed to get money for the police depts. So if they are right, 0.2 isn't really that high.

According to some basic intoxication info, the .200 level is about when a person blacks out and .300 is when a person needs medical attention

how do you come to that conclusion? 0.2+ is significantly different from 0.08
