This guy does a pretty nice job explaining C2 Man under. Make sure to pay close attention to it around the 4 minute mark when he talks about a trail or hip pocket technique that I see us running. Not just with LBs.

I'm sure they're coached properly but the LBs play stiff

I've seen the hip pocket technique with OLB's on the slant.
