Why do you think we have gone away from giving Fowler actual attempts? He has been a great threat for passing touchdowns on goal line situations but I've wondered why we have gone away from giving him actual carries, especially in short-yardage situations.

Kiffin's offenses seem to always use the FB in the passing game .....Would not be surprised to see a wheel route for Fowler in this game since he will be matched with a LB.

When fowler came back from injury they have him a few carries and he didn't show the same burst and one-cut ability that made him so effective pre-injury. Plus we have so many other backs I think they just let him focus on the FB/HB role.

Danielson seems to think Fowler will transition to the NFL in the same role, he is pretty good at catching those under 5 yard TD passes. It's been a staple of our goalline scoring for a couple years now and I like it.

Hammies can be nagging. Nice to have some depth on the bench.

I think Fowler could become one of those few FBs who everyone knows in the NFL. He only continues to improve as a blocker, and you can get first downs and redzone TDs throwing to him.

I'm sure he's fine. It didn't look that bad when it happened. Probably just being safe.

Fowler will be awesome in the NFL if he stays healthy. He fricking went deep on that one play last week. Didn't catch it, but he was open.

Yes, won't see Tyren for a few (or more) weeks.

Watch when he runs hard, he uses his entire body and arms to move and shift causing the balls to come outside and low.

I've been saying that for a year.
