Yeah Sumlin was born in Alabama and played in the B1G. Both of those facts are repulsive, but they don't matter. I don't give two fricks what his ties were to A&M before Slocum. They don't matter.

Sumlin's ties to ATM were his relationship toTexas high school coaches.

It took like 4 of "Bear's Guys" before we got wise and went outside of that.

We then hired Franchione! :haha: Franchione did decent at Bama considering the circumstances.

Then we got Shula to navigate the mess of probation. Had a 10 win season(something every Bama coach gets within 3 years) and then we fired home once we heard that Saban was not happy with the NFL.
