Saturday's game between A&M and State is only the second time in history that two top 15 teams square off in Davis Wade Stadium.

Serious question, how many times has State even qualified for their half of that equation? I bet they haven't played 10 home games where they were a top 15 team.

The smart arse answer was going to be, when did State let two other teams use their stadium.

Let's just say those State teams under Sherrill had a certain testicular fortitude that they lack now.

1941, when MSU won the SEC?

Soon after, the US said "frick it, since we're living in the end times, let's jump in World War II and go out with a bang".

We've got the Oxford Chamber of Commerce National Championship lined up this weekend. If all goes as expected, it will be awarded Sunday afternoon.

MSU lost and then lost the last 3 games and finished 6-5.

So this year won't be a first?
